very vintage

I am for all things vintage at the moment, from magazines and pictures to fabric and food (cupcakes mostly!)  My sister has been purchasing fabulous little pieces for my boxes on her regular trips to St. George’s Market, Belfast and the latest ones include a tiny box of record needles, big old key, weeny little fold out post card box (about an inch square!) and lots more so I guess those will be seen shortly in one form or another.  I also found a photo of the box that started all of this off, I don’t have it anymore as it was purchased when part of the RUA 2010 exhibition for which I was delighted!

It was called, How Time Slips Away…. yes, the watch does have it’s own little suitcase!

Keep up to date with my new Facebook page, Denise’s Boxes / Denise McDowell Art – looking forward to adding more as the weeks go on.  Also check out Moyra Blayney Art on Facebook.
